1. Does The Journey Shop have a physical location where customers can shop?

• No, The Journey Shop is 100% online with occasional pop-up events.

2. How can I order a size that is not shown? For example, size 3XL or 4XL.

• Please send an email to contact@saunyawilliams.com with specific details regarding which design, and the size you would like to order.

3. Is it possible to get a design in another color than what is shown in The Journey Shop?

• A special request for any design change should be sent to contact@saunyawilliams.com to see if accommodations can be made.

4. How do I make a bulk order?

• A minimum of 20 items with the same design is required for bulk orders. Please send an email to contact@saunyawilliams.com with the details of your order. Note, depending on the availability of sizes, bulk orders can take up to eight weeks to be delivered.

5. How long will it be before I receive my order?

• Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of normal orders. 

6. How do I sign up to receive information about upcoming drops and discounts?

• Subscribe to the L.I.V.E. Club to receive exclusive updates about The Journey Shop and to stay in touch with Dr. Saunya.

7. Is the "Ladies fit" available for all designs?

• No, only the Unisex fit is available for all designs. If another fit is available for a particular design, it will be clearly shown as an option.
