1. Does The Journey Shop have a physical location where customers can shop?
- No, The Journey Shop is 100% online with occasional pop-up opportunities.
2. How can I order a shirt in a size that is not shown?
- Please send an email to contact@saunyawilliams.com with specific details regarding the design and size you would like to order.
3. Is it possible to get a design in another color than what is shown in The Journey Shop?
- All special requests for design changes should be sent to contact@saunyawilliams.com to see if accommodations can be made.
- Please send an email to contact@saunyawilliams.com with the details of your order. Note, depending on the availability of sizes, bulk orders can take up to six weeks to be delivered.
- Once the pre-order event ends, please allow up to five weeks for delivery.
6. How do I sign up to receive information about upcoming drops?
- Subscribe to the L.I.V.E. Club to receive exclusive updates about The Journey Shop and to stay in touch with Dr. Saunya.
7. Is the "Ladies" fit available for all designs?
- No, only the Unisex fit is available for all designs. If the "Ladies" fit is available for a particular design, it will be shown as an option.
