1. Does The Journey Shop have a physical location where customers can shop?

  • No, The Journey Shop is 100% online with occasional pop-up opportunities.

2. How can I order a shirt in a size that is not shown?

  • Please send an email to contact@saunyawilliams.com with specific details regarding the design and size you would like to order.

3. Is it possible to get a design in another color than what is shown in The Journey Shop?

  • All special requests for design changes should be sent to contact@saunyawilliams.com to see if accommodations can be made.
4. How do I make a bulk order?
  • Please send an email to contact@saunyawilliams.com with the details of your order. Note, depending on the availability of sizes, bulk orders can take up to six weeks to be delivered.
5. How long will it be before I receive what I purchased during the pre-order sale?
  • Once the pre-order event ends, please allow up to five weeks for delivery. 

6. How do I sign up to receive information about upcoming drops?

  • Subscribe to the L.I.V.E. Club to receive exclusive updates about The Journey Shop and to stay in touch with Dr. Saunya.

7. Is the "Ladies" fit available for all designs?

  • No, only the Unisex fit is available for all designs. If the "Ladies" fit is available for a particular design, it will be shown as an option.
